Setting The System
With the system off
Enter your four digit code
Press the yes key once and leave by the designated exit route.
Close the door the exit tine will change from intermittent to continuous and will stop after approximately 10 seconds
To Unset System
Enter premises via designated entry route
Enter your four digit code

If The Alarm Has Activated
The display will show
Press yes key to view cause of alarm activation
If the cause of the activation is known, user error, insecure door or window etc, enter your four digit code.
Re-enter your code before system sets

Re-enter your code before system sets

If you do not know why the alarm has been activated ALWAYS call for an engineer. We can then ensure your system is functioning correctly.

Part Setting The System
Enter your four digit code
Press yes key and wait for exit tone to start
Press the yes key again to enable part setting.
Newer systems may require you to press the 1, 2, or 3 key to enable specific part sets. If you are unsure which detectors are omitted during part sets an engineer will be able to help during a Routine Inspection, special visit of telephone call.
When the exit time has elapsed the system will set with certain detectors omitted as programmed by engineer.
Enter your four digit code to unset the system, the x indicating the system was part set

Omitting Specific Zones
Enter a master or main access code
Press X
Press tick key  
Some newer systems will then give you the option of omitting entire areas. Toggle entire area/s on with X key, press Tick key to accept then...
Or the system will then show
Enter the number of the zone you wish to omit and press the Tick key or hit X to return to the setting screen. If you are unsure of the zone you require start at zone 1 and press tick to scroll through until required zone is displayed.
Press X to toggle the zone on and off and Tick to confirm. The display will move to next zone, repeat as required.
When complete press the 0/Esc key to return to the setting screen.
Press the Tick key to set system or 0/Esc key to abort procedure. Zones will only be omitted for one setting you must repeat procedure each time you wish to omit zones.

Changing Codes (and adding a code)
Enter access code
Press X repeatedly until display shows this message. Press 7 to go back if you go too far.
Press the Tick key
Press 1 or the number of the code you wish to change
Press Tick to change the code or X to accept the existing code.
Enter the new code and press Tick
To edit the code name press X. Enter new name and press tick until cursor reaches end of line
Adding Extra Codes
The procedure for adding new codes is the same as changing codes except at this stage
After accepting new number you will be asked to define user level
Press X to toggle between user levels ( for descriptions of level attributes consult manual or call installer )
Press tick when display shows required level.
Press X to enter new name
When entry complete and all changes complete press 0/Esc to return to day mode.

Setting The Clock
Enter a main or master code
Press X repeatedly until the following is displayed
Press Tick and the current time will be displayed in the 24hr format. Press X until the correct day is displayed then press Tick. Press Tick to accept current setting.
Enter new hours or press X to accept.
Enter new minutes or press X to accept.
Enter day of month or press X to accept.
Enter month or press X to accept.
When you are happy with settings press 0/Esc to return to day mode.

Turning Chime on and off
Enter your code.
Press X until the following is displayed.
Press Tick twice
Enter the number of the zone you wish to assign the chime attribute to.
Press X to toggle chime on or off for that zone.Then press Tick.
Continue procedure for other required zones then press 0/Esc to return to day mode.
