& Electrical (Devizes) Ltd is committed to achieving levels of Quality,
Service and Reliability for all Alarm Installations undertaken by the company
to at least those laid down by BS EN ISO 9001, relevant British Standard, NACOSS
Codes of Practice, NACOSS Quality Schedule SSQS.101: and the Police ACPO Policy. The
Quality Systems Manual, Operating Procedures Manual and Code-Of-Practice or Work
Instructions Manual have been produced by the Technical Director taking into consideration
the requirements of the relevant standards and codes relating to the industry Within
the requirements of the Quality System all employees must recognise the importance
of it's customers to the success and future development of this Company, employees
at all levels within the organisation must adhere to the standards as listed outlined
above in a way which provides sustained growth for the Company measured by increasing
profitability and customer satisfaction. The Quality System
Manuals document procedures to be operated by Alarms & Electrical (Devizes)
Ltd and are intended to provide alarm installation and services which satisfy
the performance, reliability, conformance and safety requirements of it's customers Quality
problems identified during routine internal or external audits which cannot be
resolved by the Quality Manager are to be referred to the Managing Director without
